I want to thank you for your presentation this past Wednesday evening. Never before have we had such perfect attendance at a professional development session. The level of interest was high, and the feedback I've been receiving is unanimously positive, enthusiastic and appreciative.
Many of the teachers expressed what I felt personally, which was gratitude for the clarity and delicacy with which you led us through a discussion of such a difficult and potentially uncomfortable topic. You gave us a wealth of substantive information and source material and you helped us frame the issues in a way that is both definitive and compassionate. Your model of refutation and explanation gives us a very helpful approach as well as the language that will enable us to address student questions and challenges effectively.
Thank you so much for the time you invested in preparing, and for so graciously sharing your expertise and your wisdom with us.
